The Cardiology Report is a personalized analysis of your arterial health metrics based on the data collected by your CONNEQT Pulse. This report helps you better understand your cardiovascular health and offers actionable steps to improve it.
How the Report Works
1. First Report Timeline: The first Cardiology Report is generated after collecting a minimum of 3 days of daily measurements over a 30 day period. This initial data ensures a holistic and accurate assessment of your arterial health.
2. Quarterly Updates: Subsequent reports are generated quarterly, synthesizing data from the previous 90 days of measurements. These reports provide updated insights and trends, helping you track your progress over time.
3. Onboarding Process
- After setting up your CONNEQT App and Pulse, you’ll receive onboarding messages to guide you through the process of taking measurements and preparing for your first report.
- In the meantime, start using your Pulse daily, just like a traditional blood pressure monitor, to ensure a consistent data stream for your first analysis.
What Does the Report Include?
1. Arterial Health Profile
- A summary of your key arterial health metrics, such as central blood pressure, augmentation index, pulse pressure amplification, and arterial stiffness.
- Each parameter is categorized into risk levels (e.g., low, intermediate, or high), making it easy to identify areas that need attention.
2. Risk Assessment
- A visual breakdown of your results with highlights for measurements in the high-risk (red) and intermediate-risk (yellow) categories.
- Guidance on the potential implications of these risk levels, such as the likelihood of conditions like hypertension or coronary artery disease.
3. Actions for Elevated Risk Levels
- Recommendations tailored to your results, including suggestions for lifestyle adjustments, potential follow-up testing, or medical interventions.
- Focus on early intervention to help reduce cardiovascular risks and maintain long-term arterial health.
4. Detailed Insights
- Explanations of how your arterial stiffness and central pressures are calculated, based on over 40 years of research and pulse wave analysis technology.
- Insights into how these metrics reflect your vascular health and aging.
How Can You Use the Report?
- Track Your Progress: Use the report to monitor improvements in your arterial health over time.
- Share with Your Doctor: Provide your Cardiology Report to your healthcare provider to aid in personalized treatment planning.
