Understanding the Parameter Cards on Your Dashboard

2 min. readlast update: 03.28.2025

The Dashboard in your CONNEQT App opens to the “Your Health” section, where you can swipe through four main cards: Central BP, Heart, Arterial, and Brain. Each of these includes individual parameter cards, such as heart rate, SEVR, or central blood pressure– that help you track your cardiovascular trends throughout the week. This article explains how to interpret the trends, readings, and symbols shown on these cards.

What Do the Dots Represent?

Each parameter card displays a weekly trend, shown from Sunday to Saturday. These trend lines help you track your progress over time. Here’s how they work:

  • Left to right: The graph moves from earlier in the week to the most recent day.

  • Each dot = Daily average: If you take multiple readings in a single day, the dot represents the average of those readings.

  • Rightmost dot: This is your most recent daily average, helping you see your latest cardiovascular data at a glance.

What’s Displayed on the Card?

  • The main number shown on each parameter card is from your most recent reading.

  • Tapping a parameter card takes you to a detailed view of that metric.

  • Some sections (e.g., Heart and Arterial) include a small arrow at the bottom. Tapping the arrow expands the section to show additional parameter cards.

Putting It All Together

Your Dashboard is designed to make complex cardiovascular data easy to understand. By checking your parameter cards regularly, you’ll gain clearer insight into your vascular health trends—and be better equipped to take action when needed.
