Sharing Health Data With a Doctor

The CONNEQT App makes it simple to share your health data with your doctor. This feature is designed to enhance communication with your healthcare provider, empowering them to monitor your progress and make informed decisions about your care.

1. Tap the Care+ tab in the bottom navigation bar.
2. Tap Add Physician.
3. Search for your provider by entering their location or last name.
   • Note: Only providers in our CONNEQT network will appear.
4. Once you find your provider, tap Connect to send them a request. When they accept, they will begin receiving your data.
   • Note: You can disconnect at any time to stop sharing data.
