Having trouble pairing a new phone to the CONNEQT Pulse?

If you are having trouble pairing your phone to the CONNEQT Pulse, hard resetting the Pulse device should fix your issue. In order to reset the Pulse please follow the instructions below. If it is easier, these instructions can also be found on Page 36 of your user guide.

Once you complete the reset, try pairing the Pulse to your phone once more. Let me know if this resolves your issue.
