The CONNEQT Pulse is designed with convenient power-saving features to ensure it remains efficient and ready for use when needed. Here’s how the device turns off automatically and how you can turn it off manually.
Automatic Shutoff Features
- When Not Connected to the CONNEQT App: If the Pulse is not connected to the CONNEQT app, it will automatically turn off after 1 minute of inactivity to conserve battery life.
- When Connected to the CONNEQT App: If the Pulse is connected to the CONNEQT app, the device will stay active longer to support ongoing syncing and data transfer. However, it will automatically turn off after 10 minutes of inactivity if no measurements are being taken or the app is idle.
Manual Turnoff
If you’d like to turn off the Pulse manually, follow these steps:
- Remove the Cuff: Disconnect the cuff from your arm to ensure no active measurements are being taken.
- Press the Pulse Button: Press the Pulse button (the right button) on the device.
This option is useful if you’re done using the device and want to turn it off immediately without waiting for the automatic shutoff.
By combining automatic shutoff with the option for manual control, the CONNEQT Pulse makes it easy to manage power usage and extend battery life. If you have further questions or encounter issues with turning off your device, reach out to CONNEQT Health Support for assistance!
