How Long Does It Take for the Order to Ship?

We aim to deliver your CONNEQT Arterial Health Assessment, including the CONNEQT Pulse, as quickly as possible. Here’s an overview of the timeline from order placement to delivery:

 

Order Processing and Shipping Time

  • Processing: Once you place your order, it will be processed within 3–5 business days. During this time, we review your physician intake form and coordinate with our partner physician network to issue the required prescription.
  • Shipping: After processing is complete, your order ships via standard shipping, which typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location within the U.S.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment and get an estimated delivery date.
